Although it is not for the same reasons, I get as excited as my clients do about selling their home. Whereas they are looking forward to a change and the excitement of new beginnings, I love a challenge. That challenge comes from there being a record number of resale homes, new home subdivisions and real estate agents in our market. I get to use everything at my disposal to find the right buyer in as short a time as possible and negotiate the highest possible price for your home.
